• We use a professional two-station painting booth in which we can place products up to 6 meters in length and 2 meters in height with a width of no more than 1.6 meters.
• While working, we use a wide range of industrially produced powder paints, from which you will be able to choose the desired color.
• We accept for painting metal products that can withstand the temperature in a polymerization oven (150...210 °C).

Powder coating of metal is an excellent alternative to traditional technologies of applying paint and varnish coatings in liquid form, followed by long drying. Developed about half a century ago, the method uses dry powders that are sprayed in a special chamber using an electrostatic field. In this case, the application occurs evenly, in a layer of the same thickness.

The coating formed in this way is then subjected to heat treatment when heated to 200 °C, resulting in a monolithic layer of polymer on the surface of metal products.

At the same time, vapors of organic solvents are not released into the atmosphere, which makes the technology harmless to personnel and the environment, and painted surfaces do not emit chemical pollutants into the air.

This method is used for almost any metal parts for which the corrosion resistance of the surface and decorative properties are important. The technology is most in demand in the production of steel doors and metal furniture.

The main advantage of coatings obtained by powder painting is their operational resistance to mechanical damage and weathering.

The decorative properties of powder-painted surfaces are also superior to traditional paints due to a more uniform thickness and the ability to create different reliefs on the coating.

Other important advantages of the technology for consumers over conventional liquid paint:

• high efficiency of the method, since the consumed powder almost completely settles on the products and is not carried away into the atmosphere;
• speed of painting, since there is no need for long drying;
• the coating is formed in one layer and does not require preliminary priming, which also affects the timing and cost;
• the surface painted by this method does not require special care;
• The service life of powder-coated parts is usually longer.

It is important to know that powder coating can only be applied in a special chamber.
